What is Petal Pusher’s Wreaths & Designs, and where are you located? Petal Pusher’s Wreaths & Designs is a floral wreath company created by a mother/daughter design team. See our story here! We specialize in handcrafted, designer wreaths for all occasions. We gladly ship all over the world, however, our design shop is located in Maplesville, Alabama.
Do you design and manufacture all of your products? At Petal Pusher's Wreaths & Designs we are one of the countries leading providers of luxury wreaths. Our expertise is in designer wreaths and we proudly design and create each of our specialty and luxury wreaths in our design shop. We do, however, offer a small selection of pre-made wreaths, silk trees, plants, home decor, and artificial floral arrangements that are manufactured elsewhere, by one of our trusted artificial floral and home decor suppliers.
How long will it take to receive my wreath? Each of our designer luxury wreaths is handcrafted and made-to-order. For most luxury designs please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for completion. Some wreaths may require more or less time based on the design, so please keep that in mind when ordering. Fresh wreaths and arrangements usually ship within 10 business days. If you order an item that is on back order, your item will ship as soon as the item is back in stock. If you need an order quickly, and are interested in expediting your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly expedite your order for an additional fee.
How long will it take to receive my arrangement? Most of our pre-made arrangements, trees, and plants typically ship within 10 to 14 business days. If you have any questions regarding the shipping time for our products contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
How can I contact Petal Pusher's Wreaths & Designs? Our business hours are Monday-Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm cst., Saturday and Sunday: closed. For inquiries regarding existing orders please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the high volume of orders our designers are unable to accept inquiries by phone at this time. We will gladly respond to all e-mailed inquiries as quickly as possible
within our business hours.
Do you offer industry discounts? Yes, we have a trade discount program for professional interior designers and architects. Click here to APPLY FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT.
Do you offer pre-made wreaths? Yes, on occasion we will offer a collection of pre-made wreaths that are designed and manufactured by one of our partner floral design companies. Pre-made wreaths usually ship within 10 business days.
How do you determine the size of a wreath? The specified sizes of our wreaths are measures based on the outside edges of the wreath including flowers and decorations. The size of the wreath is not based on the size of the actual grapevine or evergreen wreath itself. Decorative wreaths are designed on a grapevine wreath and measured from from tip to tip. While we attempt to design each wreath as closely to the stated measurements as possible, because each wreath is handcrafted, and made-to-order, the measurements may vary slightly.
What if I see a wreath design that I love, but I need a different size other that the size stated in the description? Most of our wreaths can be customized to suit your needs, however additional charges will apply. Changes can be made to our designs, however, ANY changes made to a design will be subject to a fee of $49.95, this fee does not include designing a larger version of the wreath. The additional cost to design a larger version of a current design will be determined based on size. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are interested in a different size wreath.
What do you use for your wreath bases? Each of our decorative wreaths is designed using a grapevine wreath base. Our holiday wreaths are designed using evergreen wreath bases.
Do you design custom wreaths? Yes, we would love to design a custom wreath to suit your decorating needs! For information on a custom design, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my wreath look exactly like the wreath pictured? Each of our designer wreaths is handcrafted and made-to-order, and while our skilled designers work extremely hard to design each wreath as closely to the picture as possible, there may be some slight variations. We reserve the right to substitute materials based on availability, and as deemed necessary by our designers.
Can I order one a wreath or arrangement to be shipped as a gift? Yes, we will gladly ship to any address provided, as well as include a personalized note if requested.
Are your wreaths suitable for outside use? Our wreaths can be used outdoors, however, a slight overhang above the wreath is ideal in order to protect the wreath from weather damage.
What types of payment do you accept? We gladly accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
How do you use the private information I provide on your website? Any information gathered by Petal Pusher's Wreaths & Designs will be held in complete confidence. Information collected at the time of checkout is kept private and secure. We do not rent, sell, or exchange ANY customer information. When will my credit card be charged? Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.
How will my item be shipped? All handcrafted floral products are shipped either FedEx or USPS ground delivery.
Do you charge for shipping? Yes, we calculate shipping based on your order total. We do offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $49.
Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes, we will gladly ship internationally. Shipping charges for international customers will calculate during check-out.
Can I cancel my order? Because each of our wreaths and arrangements is handcrafted and made-to-order, orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order as long as the item has not shipped. Orders cancelled after 72 hours will be subject to a non-refundable $75.00 deposit, for orders over $75.00 and $25.00 for orders under $75.00.
Do you accept returns? At Petal Pusher’s Wreaths & Designs we hope to provide you with satisfactory service and gorgeous, one-of-a kind floral designs. We hope you LOVE your new wreath or arrangement, however, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 72 hours and receive a 100% store credit or exchange. We do not accept exchanges on clearance items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must email us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number for the item. Items returned without a return authorization number (RMA) will be refused.
What if my item is damaged during shipping? In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of the item to file a defective claim. We may require photos of the damage. We will gladly correct defective items.
